The Vice President and the Second Gentleman will attend. The President, the First Lady, the Vice President, and the Second Gentleman will attend the 46th Kennedy Center Honors. This is the 3rd consecutive year of the Biden-Harris Administration in which they have all have attended the nation’s highest award for lifetime achievement in the arts. |
