Yellen will deliver remarks at the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) in Vienna, Virginia, to provide updates on the U.S. beneficial ownership information registry and other FinCEN priorities. Secretary Yellen will highlight the importance of corporate transparency, FinCEN’s progress in implementing the law, and ongoing efforts to drive awareness of the reporting requirements.

During the summit, she will participate in a fireside chat to share how Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities can connect with federal leaders and resources.
