In the afternoon, the President will travel to Raleigh, North Carolina. The departure from the South Grounds will be covered by the in-town travel pool. The departure from Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival at Raleigh-Durham International Airport will be open press.
Then, the President and the Vice President will deliver remarks. These remarks in Raleigh, North Carolina will be open press.
After, the President and the Vice President will participate in a campaign reception. This reception in Raleigh, North Carolina will be covered by the restricted out-of-town pool and the out of-town pool will accompany.
