The Senate parliamentarian may rule as soon Thursday or Friday whether a nationwide increase in the minimum wage to $15 an hour is allowed to be included in the pandemic relief proposal under the reconciliation process rules. Should it be ruled out the Senate can override the parliamentarian, unlikely since that would take 60 votes.
