Then, the President and the Vice President will meet with leadership of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus in the Oval Office. This meeting will have a pool spray at the top.
 
In the afternoon, the President will participate in a virtual tour of the Proterra electric battery facility in South Carolina and deliver remarks in the South Court Auditorium. This tour will be livestreamed and remarks will be pooled press.
