Wednesday, June 9, 2021 The President and the First Lady will travel to the United Kingdom for the first overseas travel by President Biden. This trip will highlight America’s commitment to rallying the world’s democracies, coming together to shape the rules of the road for the 21st century, defend our values, and tackle the world’s biggest challenges. The President and the First Lady will greet US Air Force personnel and their families stationed in the United Kingdom at Royal Air Force Mildenhall. RAF Mildenhall is home to the 100th Air Refueling Wing, the only permanent U.S. Air Force air refueling wing in the European theater. Thursday, June 10, 2021 The President will meet with The Right Honorable Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, to affirm the enduring strength of the special relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom. Friday, June 11, 2021 The President will attend the G7 Summit in Cornwall. There, he will reinforce our commitment to multilateralism, work to advance key U.S. policy priorities on public health, economic recovery, and inclusive growth, and demonstrate solidarity and shared values among major democracies. Saturday, June 12, 2021 The President will attend the G7 Summit in Cornwall. He will also hold bilateral meetings with fellow G7 leaders. Sunday, June 13, 2021 The President will attend the final day of the G7 Summit in Cornwall. The President and the First Lady will meet with Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at Windsor Castle.
