In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the President’s Daily Brief in the Oval Office. This meeting will be closed press.
 
After, the President will attend and deliver remarks at the funeral ceremony of Senator John Warner at the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. The First Lady will also attend. This event will be covered by the in-town pool.
 
In the afternoon, the President will have lunch with the Vice President in the Private Dining Room. This lunch will be closed press.
 
Then, the President and the Attorney General will meet with stakeholders to discuss ways the Biden-Harris Administration is acting to keep our cities and neighborhoods safe in the Roosevelt Room. This meeting will be closed press.
 
Later, the President and the Attorney General will deliver remarks on the Administration’s gun crime prevention strategy in the State Dining Room. These remarks will be pooled press.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen

Wednesday – Secretary Yellen will testify at the Senate Appropriations Committee’s Subcommittee on Financial Services and General Government. The topic of the hearing is the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget for the Department of the Treasury.
