In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the President’s Daily Brief in the Oval Office. This meeting will be closed press.
In the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks and sign an executive order on promoting competition in the American economy in the State Dining Room. These remarks will be pooled press.
Later, the President will travel to Wilmington, Delaware, where he will remain over the weekend. The departure from the South Lawn will be open press. The arrival at Delaware Air National Guard Base will be covered by the travel pool.

Friday – Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen is in Venice, Italy, for the G-20 finance ministers and central bankers meeting through Saturday. Sunday Secretary Yellen will attend the Venice International Conference on Climate with G20 counterparts, thought leaders, private sector representatives and heads of international organizations
Federal Reserve
Fed Chair Powell delivers semiannual testimony to Congress next week, addressing House Financial Services Committee 12 noon Wednesday and the Senate Banking Committee 9:30a ET Thursday.
State Department
Friday – When held, news briefings are about 2 p.m. ET. Thursday’s briefing was on camera at 2:45p ET. There was no briefing Friday or Monday. Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s were held on camera.
