Later, the President will travel to Wilmington, Delaware, where he will remain over the weekend. The departure from the South Lawn will be open press and pooled for TV. The arrival at Delaware Air National Guard Base will be covered by the out-of-town pool.

WASHINGTON – Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen will meet with advisors and staff.
Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Wally Adeyemo will be in Berlin, Germany to discuss sanctions coordination and implementation with counterparts as well as global economic issues. He will also meet with German officials coordinating the Russian Elites, Proxies, and Oligarchs (REPO) Task Force to freeze and seize assets of Russian elites
