White House and Other Schedules for Thursday, April 28

WASHINGTON (MaceNews)—The following are Thursday’s schedules for the White House, Treasury, USTR, the State Department and Capitol Hill as well as US Data and Federal Reserve events: 

DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR
THURSDAY, APRIL 28, 2022

In the morning, the President will receive the President’s Daily Brief. This meeting will be closed press.
 
Then, the President will deliver remarks on support for Ukrainians defending their country and their freedom against Russia’s brutal war. These remarks in the Roosevelt Room will be covered by the in-house pool.
 
In the afternoon, the President will meet with small business owners to discuss the small businesses boom under his leadership. This meeting in the South Court Auditorium will have a spray at the top by the in-house pool and pre-credentialed media. [RSVP here by 9:00 AM EDT]
 
In the evening, in honor of Yom HaShoah and Holocaust Remembrance Week, the President and the First Lady will host their first official film screening at the White House, showing HBO’s “The Survivor.” The director, producers, lead actor, and representatives of the American Jewish community will attend the screening. This event in the Jacqueline Kennedy Garden will be closed press.
