After, the President and the First Lady will welcome Team USA to the White House to celebrate their participation and success in the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games and Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Vice President and the Second Gentleman will attend. This event on the South Lawn will be open press and registration has closed.
In the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks on economic growth, jobs, and deficit reduction. These remarks in the Roosevelt Room will be covered by the in-house pool.
Later, the President and the Vice President will receive the Weekly Economic Briefing in the Cabinet Room. This meeting will be closed press.
