In the morning, the President will travel to Cincinnati, Ohio. The departure from the South Lawn will be open press and pooled for TV. The departure from Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport will be open press.
In the afternoon, the President will meet with manufacturing leaders, see new additive manufacturing technologies at work, and discuss his plan to make more in America by building on the 473,000 manufacturing jobs created since he took office—more jobs on average per month than under any other President in the last 50 years. This tour of United Performance Metals in Hamilton, Ohio will be covered by the out-of-town pool.
Then, the President will deliver remarks calling on Congress to build on that success and pass legislation like the Bipartisan Innovation Act, which will create good-paying jobs, boost domestic manufacturing, and lower prices for working families. These remarks at United Performance Metals will be open press.
After, the President will travel to Wilmington, Delaware. The departure from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport will be open press. The arrival at Delaware Air National Guard Base will be covered by the out-of-town pool.
