White House and Other Schedules for Saturday and Sunday

WASHINGTON (MaceNews) – The following are the weekend’s schedules for the White House, Treasury, USTR, the State Department and Capitol Hill as well as US data and Federal Reserve events:   

COMPREHENSIVE TRIP GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR ISRAEL, THE WEST BANK, AND SAUDI ARABIA   Saturday, July 16, 2022

In the morning, the President will participate in a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi of Iraq. The meeting will have an out-of-town pool spray.
 
Then, the President will participate in a bilateral meeting with President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi of Egypt. The meeting will have an out-of-town pool spray.
 
The President will also participate in a bilateral meeting with Sheik Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates. The meeting will have an out-of-town pool spray.
 
After, the President will attend a GCC + 3 Leaders Welcome Reception and participate in a family photo with GCC + 3 leaders. The welcome reception will be officials only and the family photo will have a restricted out-of-town pool spray.
 
In the afternoon, the President will attend the GCC + 3 Summit Meeting and participate in a working lunch. The summit meeting will be covered by the out-of-town pool and have a pool spray, and the working lunch will be officials only.
 
Later, the President will depart Jeddah, Saudi Arabia en route Mildenhall, United Kingdom for a brief refueling stop. The arrival and departure from Mildenhall will be covered by the out-of-town pool.
 
In the late evening, the President will return to the White House. The arrival at Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival on the South Lawn will be open press.

Saturday – Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen will continue to represent the U.S. at the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting in Bali, Indonesia, where she will participate in official sessions and bilateral meetings. Throughout, Secretary Yellen will work with U.S. allies and partners to advance the global economic recovery and continue the united effort to increase economic pressure on Russia in response to its unprovoked and unjustified war against Ukraine. The Secretary’s meetings will also focus on the coordinated global response to address the war’s spillover effects on global energy prices and food insecurity. These meetings will be closed press.
