In the morning, the President and the First Lady will travel to Eastern Kentucky where they will join Governor Andy Beshear and First Lady Britainy Beshear to visit families affected by the devastation from recent flooding and survey impacts and response efforts. The departure from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and Dover Air Force Base will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival at Blue Grass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky will be open press.
In the afternoon, the President will participate in a briefing on the ongoing response efforts to the recent flooding. This briefing at Marie Roberts Elementary School in Lost Creek, Kentucky will have an out-of-town pool spray.
After, the President and the First Lady will visit families affected by the devastation from recent flooding and survey impacts and response efforts. The President will deliver remarks. This event in an Eastern Kentucky neighborhood will be covered by the out-of-town pool.
In the evening, the President and the First Lady will return to the White House. The departure from Blue Grass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival at Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival on the South Lawn will be open press.
