In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the President’s Daily Brief. This meeting will be closed press.
 
In the afternoon, the President will travel to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The departure from the South Lawn will be open press. The departure from Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival at the Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport will be open press.
 
After, the President will deliver remarks on his Safer America Plan to further reduce gun crime and save lives. These remarks at the Arnaud C. Marts Center, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania will be open press.
 
In the evening, the President will return to the White House from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The departure from the Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport will be open press. The arrival at Joint Base Andrews will covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival on the South Lawn will be open press.
