DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE
FOR MONDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2022
In the morning, the President will receive the President’s Daily Brief. This meeting will be closed press.
After, the President will travel from Wilmington, Delaware to New York, New York. The departure from Delaware National Air Guard Base will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival to John F. Kennedy International Airport will be open press. The arrival to the Wall Street Landing Zone will be covered by the out-of-town pool.
Later, the President and the First Lady will attend a private memorial service. This event will be closed press.
In the afternoon, the President and the First Lady will return to the White House. The departure from the Wall Street Landing Zone and John F. Kennedy International Airport will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival to Join Base Andrews will be covered by the in-town travel pool. The arrival to the North Grounds will be covered by the in-town travel pool.
In the evening, the President and the First Lady will host local children of firefighters, nurses, police officers, and members of the National Guard at the White House for trick-or-treating. Children will walk through the “President and First Lady’s Neighborhood” up to the South Portico of the White House where they will receive treats from the President and First Lady, and other White House “neighbors”, including representatives from the Department of Education, Department of Transportation, NASA, United States Secret Service, Peace Corps, White House Fire Brigade, White House staff, and White House Military Office. This event on the South Lawn will be open press.
