In the morning, the President will receive the President’s Daily Brief. This meeting will be closed press.
 
In the evening, the President will address the peoples’ representatives in Congress at the State of the Union. He will speak to Republicans, Democrats, and the country about how we can work together to continue building an economy that works from the bottom up and the middle out, continue boosting our competitiveness in the world, keep the American people safe, and bring the country together. The Vice President, the First Lady, and the Second Gentleman will also attend. This event at the United States Capitol will be open to pre-credentialed media.

Tuesday – In the morning, Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen will meet at Treasury with German Vice Chancellor Robert Habeck and French Foreign Minister Bruno LeMaire to discuss ongoing and sustained engagement with European counterparts on items of mutual interest including the transition to a clean energy economy, and support for Ukraine as they fight against Russia’s unprovoked invasion. The meeting is closed press. In the evening, Secretary Yellen will attend President Biden’s State of the Union Address at the U.S. Capitol.
