The arrival at and departure from Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival on the South Lawn will be open press.

Thursday – At 2:30 PM, Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen will meet with incoming World Bank President Ajay Banga to discuss shared goals, including building on the progress made in evolving Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs). The meeting is closed press.
STATE DEPT
Wednesday –Secretary of State Blinken is traveling to Sweden, Norway and Finland, and in Thursday’s stop in Oslo he participates in an informal meeting of NATO ministers.Later Thursday he moves on to Helsinki. Departmental news briefings are held on weekdays around 1:30p ET.
