In the afternoon, the President will sign a proclamation to establish the Emmett Till and Mamie Till-Mobley National Monument in Illinois and Mississippi. The Vice President will participate. This event in the Indian Treaty Room will be pooled for TV and open to pre-credentialed media.
Later, the President will deliver remarks on expanding access to mental health care. These remarks in the East Room will be pooled for TV and open to pre-credentialed media.
