In the morning, the President will receive the President’s Daily Brief. This meeting will be closed press.
Then, the President will sign into law S. 1828, the “HAVANA Act of 2021,” and S. 1917, the “K-12 Cybersecurity Act of 2021,” in the Oval Office. These bill signings will be closed press.
After, the President will deliver remarks on the September jobs report in the South Court Auditorium. These remarks will be covered by the in-house pool and pre-credentialed media. [RSVP here by 7:00 AM EDT]
In the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks on restoring protections for national monuments and steps the Biden-Harris Administration is taking to better conserve and restore lands and waters that sustain the health of our communities, tackle the climate crisis, and power good jobs and a strong economy. These remarks at the White House will be covered by the in-house pool and pre-credentialed media. [RSVP here by 10:00 AM EDT]
Later, the President will receive the Weekly Economic Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting will be closed press.
In the evening, the President will travel to Wilmington, Delaware, where he will remain over the weekend. The departure from the South Lawn will be open press and pooled for TV. The arrival in Wilmington, Delaware will be covered by the out-of-town pool.

Yellen will deliver pre-recorded remarks at the B20 Summit during the Reversing the Decline: Fiscal Levers to Support Global Growth Perspective session. Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Wally Adeyemo will participate in the first U.S.-Mexico High-Level Security Dialogue (HLSD) in Mexico City, Mexico. The Dialogue will build on discussions in previous months on protecting communities, preventing transborder crime, and pursuing criminal networks, while promoting human rights and the rule of law.
