In the morning, the President and the First Lady will travel to Houston, Texas. The departure from the South Lawn will be covered by the in-town pool. The departure from Joint Base Andrews and the arrival at Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base will be covered by the travel pool.
 
Then, the First Lady will visit Houston Food Bank to package food and water for the local community. This event will be local pooled press.
 
The President will tour the Harris County Emergency Operations Center. This event will be covered by the travel pool.
 
Later, the President and the First Lady will tour and meet volunteers at Houston Food Bank. This visit will be covered by the travel pool.
 
After, the President will deliver remarks at the FEMA COVID-19 vaccination facility at NRG Stadium. The First Lady will also attend. This event will be covered by the travel pool.
 
In the evening, the President and the First Lady will depart Houston, Texas en route Washington, DC. The departure from Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base and the arrival at Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the travel pool. The arrival at the South Lawn will be covered by the in-town pool.

Secretary Yellen will represent the United States at a virtual meeting of G20 finance ministers and central bank governors hosted by the Italian G20 Presidency.  Late Thursday the Senate parliamentarian ruled against including the increase in the minimum wage.
