In the afternoon, the President will visit a veterans medical center that is administering COVID-19 vaccines with the Secretary of Veterans Affairs at the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The visit will have in-town pool coverage.

Later, the President, the Vice President, and the Secretary of Defense will deliver remarks on International Women’s Day. The Deputy Secretary of Defense, the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and two Combatant Commander nominees will also be in attendance. This event will be pooled press.

The President and the Vice President will receive an economic briefing from the Secretary of the Treasury.
 
The President will deliver remarks on the anniversary of the COVID-19 shutdown.
