Then, the President and the First Lady will travel to Yorktown, Virginia as part of the Getting America Back on Track Tour to highlight how the American Jobs Plan and American Families Plan will benefit schools—including students, parents, teachers, and families. The departure from the Ellipse will be covered by the in-town pool. The departure from Joint Base Andrews and the arrival at Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport will be covered by the travel pool.
After, the President and the First Lady will visit Yorktown Elementary School. This visit will be pooled press.
Later, the President and the First Lady will depart Newport News, Virginia en route Chesapeake, Virginia. The departure from Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport and the arrival at Hampton Roads Executive Airport will be covered by the travel pool.
In the afternoon, the President and the First Lady will visit an HVAC workshop at Tidewater Community College. This visit will be pooled press.

After, the President and the First Lady will depart Chesapeake, Virginia en route Norfolk, Virginia. The departure from Hampton Roads Executive Airport and the arrival at Norfolk International Airport will be covered by the travel pool.
Later, the President and the First Lady will return to the White House from Norfolk, Virginia. The departure from Norfolk International Airport and the arrival at Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the travel pool. The arrival on the Ellipse will be covered by the in-town pool.

Monday: Secretary Janet L. Yellen and Deputy Secretary Wally Adeyemo will meet virtually with advisors and staff.
In the afternoon, Treasury will release the Marketable Borrowing Estimates and Economic Policy Statement as part of the quarterly refunding process.
