In the morning, the President will depart Wilmington, Delaware en route Washington, DC. The departure from Delaware Air National Guard Base will be covered by the travel pool. The arrival at the South Lawn will be covered by the in-town pool.
 
During his trip, the President will receive the President’s Daily Brief. This meeting will be closed press.
 
In the afternoon, the President will meet virtually with President Andrés Manuel López Obrador. The two leaders will discuss cooperation on migration, joint development efforts in Southern Mexico and Central America, COVID-19 recovery, and economic cooperation. This meeting in the Roosevelt Room will have a pool spray at the top.

The U.S. House Monday 1:00 pm H.R. 1 For the People Act of 2021; H.R. 1280 George Floyd Justice in Policing Act of 2021, Committee on Rules Having worked into early Saturday to pass its version of the American Rescue Plan, the House prepares to vote on it again after it is processed by the Senate. In the coming week the House will continue its review of the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, with Acting US Capitol Police Chief Yogananda Pittman testifying again before the House Appropriations Legislative Branch Subcommittee, this time on the Capitol Police FY2022 budget on Wednesday morning. OnTuesday, March 2, 2021, at 10:30 a.m., Rep. Carolyn B. Maloney, the Chairwoman of the Committee on Oversight and Reform, will hold a hybrid hearing to examine the Government Accountability Office (GAO) 2021 High-Risk List and accompanying report as a blueprint for opportunities to further advance the health, safety, security, and prosperity of the nation through more effective and efficient federal operations.
