In the morning, the President will receive the President’s Daily Brief. This meeting will be closed press.

Then, the President will meet virtually with Democratic members of the House to discuss the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and his Build Back Better agenda. This meeting in the Oval Office will be closed press.

After, the President will travel to Howell, Michigan. The departure from the South Lawn will be open press and pooled for TV. The departure from Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival at Capital Region International Airport will be open press. The arrival at Livingston County Spencer J. Hardy Airport will be covered by the out-of-town pool.

In the afternoon, the President will visit the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 324 training facility in Howell, Michigan. This visit will be covered by the out-of-town pool.

Then, the President will deliver remarks on the bipartisan infrastructure bill and his Build Back Better agenda, which will make our country more competitive and grow our economy by investing in working families, fully paid for by making sure that the biggest corporations and wealthiest Americans pay their fair share. These remarks at the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 324 in Howell, Michigan will be covered by the out-of-town pool and pre-credentialed media.

After, the President will return to the White House. The departure from Livingston County Spencer J. Hardy Airport will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The departure from Capital Region International Airport will be open press. The arrival at Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival on the South Lawn will be open press and pooled for TV.
