In the morning, the President will receive the President’s Daily Brief. This meeting will be closed press.
 
Then, the President will meet with his national security team to hear intelligence, security, and diplomatic updates on the evolving situation in Afghanistan. This meeting in the Situation Room will be closed press.
 
After, the President will meet virtually with G7 leaders to discuss continuing our close coordination on Afghanistan policy, humanitarian assistance, and evacuating our citizens, the brave Afghans who stood with us over the last two decades, and other vulnerable Afghans. This meeting in the South Court Auditorium will be closed press.
 
At noon, the President will deliver remarks on our ongoing efforts in Afghanistan to evacuate American citizens, SIV applicants and their families, and other vulnerable Afghans, and his meeting with fellow G7 leaders on how our nations can come together in support of the Afghan people. These remarks in the Roosevelt Room will be pooled press.
