In the afternoon, the President and the First Lady will deliver remarks on Building a Better America and how the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law delivers for the American people by rebuilding roads and bridges and creating good-paying, union jobs. These remarks at Yellowjacket Union at University of Wisconsin-Superior in Superior, Wisconsin will be open to pre-credentialed media.
In the evening, the President and the First Lady will return to the White House from Superior, Wisconsin. The departure from Duluth International Airport will be open press. The arrival at Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival on the South Lawn will be open press and pooled for TV.
