In the afternoon, the President will travel to Scranton, Pennsylvania. The departure from the South Lawn will be open press and pooled for TV. The departure from Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival at Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport will be open press.

Then, the President will deliver remarks promoting his Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal and Build Back Better Agenda. These remarks at the Electric City Trolley Museum in Scranton, Pennsylvania will be covered by the out-of-town pool and pre-credentialed media.

In the evening, the President will return to the White House from Scranton, Pennsylvania. The departure from Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport will be open press.
