Saturday, June 12, 2021 The President will attend the G7 Summit in Cornwall. Sunday, June 13, 2021 The President will attend the final day of the G7 Summit in Cornwall. The President and the First Lady will meet with Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at Windsor Castle. The President will travel to Brussels, Belgium. Monday, June 14, 2021 The President will participate in the NATO Summit. The President will affirm the United States’ commitment to NATO, Transatlantic security, and collective defense. NATO leaders will discuss how to orient the Alliance to future threats and ensure effective burden sharing. The President will also meet with His Excellency Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Turkey, to discuss the full range of bilateral and regional issues. Tuesday, June 15, 2021 The President will meet with His Majesty King Philippe, King of the Belgians, and His Excellency Alexander De Croo, Prime Minister of Belgium. The President will participate in the U.S.–EU Summit, which will underscore our commitment to a strong Transatlantic partnership based on shared interests and values. The leaders will discuss a common agenda to ensure global health security, stimulate global economic recovery, tackle climate change, enhance digital and trade cooperation, strengthen democracy, and address mutual foreign policy concerns. The President will travel to Geneva, Switzerland. The President Biden will meet with His Excellency Guy Parmelin, President of the Swiss Confederation. State Department Daily Briefing
Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken will accompany President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. on his June travel to Cornwall, UK; Brussels, Belgium; and Geneva, Switzerland.
On June 10-12, the Secretary will take part in the President’s bilateral engagements around the G7 meeting in Cornwall. He will then accompany the President to the NATO Summit on June 14 and the U.S.-EU Summit on June 15, both in Brussels. Finally, he will participate in President Biden’s bilateral meeting with Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin in Geneva.
