In the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks at the IBEW Construction and Maintenance Conference. The departure from the South Grounds and arrival to the Washington Hilton will be covered by the in-town travel pool. After, the President will return to the White House. The departure from the Washington Hilton and arrival to the South Grounds will be covered by the in-town travel pool.
Later, the President will travel to Wilmington, Delaware. The departure from the South Lawn will be open press. The arrival at Delaware Air National Guard Base, New Castle, Delaware will be covered by the out-of-town pool.

Friday – Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen, Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Wally Adeyemo, and other senior Treasury officials will represent the United States in the 2024 Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group (WBG) and will participate in events on the margins in Washington, DC.
At 7:00 AM, Secretary Yellen will participate in the International Monetary Fund Conference working breakfast. This working breakfast at the IMF is closed press.
At 9:15 AM, Secretary Yellen and Deputy Secretary Adeyemo will participate in a bilateral meeting with Finance Minister Njuguna Ndung’u of Kenya at the Treasury Department.
