In the afternoon, the President will participate in a tour of the Tioga Marine Terminal, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This tour will be covered by the out-of-town pool.
Then, the President will discuss how his Bidenomics agenda is creating good-paying union jobs, investing in America, and building the clean energy future. These remarks at Tioga Marine Terminal, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania will be open press.

Friday – Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen will continue to represent the United States in the Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group (WBG) in Marrakech, Morocco, and participate in events on its margins.
At 9:30 AM WEST / 4:30 AM ET, Secretary Yellen will meet with People’s Bank of China Governor Pan Gongsheng to discuss macroeconomic and financial developments in their two countries and globally. There will be photo spray for pre-credentialed media.
At 10:15 AM WEST / 5:15 AM ET, Secretary Yellen will meet with Minister of Finance of France Bruno Le Maire. This meeting is closed press.

At 2:00 PM WEST / 9:00 AM ET, Secretary Yellen will host a Multilateral Development Bank Evolution Roundtable, where she will bring finance and development ministers from emerging market and developing countries and the G7 to discuss how reform efforts underway at the World Bank can support country development priorities. There will be an extended spray to cover the Secretary’s opening remarks at the beginning of this meeting for pre-credentialed media.

Thursday – Secretary blinken travels to Jordan from Israel. Departmental news briefings when held on weekdays are around 1:15p ET and livestreamed on the state.gov site.
