Yellen will host a bilateral meeting with Indonesian Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan following discussions in Jakarta earlier this week between Secretary Yellen’s Climate Counselor and Minister Luhut’s Deputy Minister. They will discuss progress on developing the Just Energy Transition Partnership for Indonesia, which seeks to accelerate Indonesia’s transition to a cleaner energy future. The meeting will have a press spray at the top where both Secretary Yellen and Coordinating Minister Luhut will deliver brief remarks. The meeting is otherwise closed press.
