 In the morning, the President will receive the President’s Daily Brief. This meeting will be closed press.

Later, the President will deliver remarks at the Armed Forces Farewell Tribute in honor of General Mark A. Milley, 20th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and participate in an Armed Forces Hail in honor of General Charles Q. Brown, Jr., the 21st Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The Vice President and the Second Gentleman will attend. These remarks will be covered by the in-town travel pool.

TREASURY DEPT –  

Friday –  Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen will travel to the Port of Savannah in Georgia to deliver remarks on President Biden’s Investing in America agenda, with a focus on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. In her speech, Secretary Yellen will discuss how President Biden’s policies have powered a historic economic recovery and are creating good-paying jobs and driving economic growth for the long-term. Remarks are scheduled to begin at 11:50 AM. A livestream will be available here. This event is open to pre-credentialed media.

Friday – At 9:30 AM, Ambassador Katherine Tai will participate in the U.S.-Mexico High-Level Economic Dialogue (HLED) plenary alongside U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo, Mexican Foreign Secretary Alicia Barcena, and Mexican Secretary of Economy Raquel Buenrostro at the Harry S. Truman Building. This event will be closed press.
 
At 11:35 AM, Ambassador Tai will participate in a joint press availability with Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, Mexican Foreign Secretary Alicia Barcena, Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo, and Mexican Secretary of Economy Raquel Buenrostro as part of the U.S.-Mexico High Level Economic Dialogue at the Department of State.
