Then, the President will depart Wilmington, Delaware en route to Philadelphia International Airport. The departure from Delaware Air National Guard Base will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival at Philadelphia International Airport will be covered by the supplemental pool.
 
After, the President will depart Philadelphia, Pennsylvania en route to Dane County Regional Airport. The departure from Philadelphia International Airport will be covered by the supplemental pool. The arrival at Dane County Regional Airport will be open press.

Following, the President will deliver remarks on lowering costs for Americans. These remarks will be open press.
 
Later, the President will depart Madison, Wisconsin en route to Chicago O’Hare International Airport. The President will depart Chicago O’Hare International Airport en route to Soldier Field Landing Zone. The arrival at and departure from Soldier Field Landing zone will be open press.

  TREASURY DEPT –

Monday – Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen will continue travel in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) for bilateral meetings and other engagements. Secretary Yellen’s visit to China will build on the intensive diplomacy she has engaged in to responsibly manage the bilateral economic relationship and advance American interests.

At 9:00 AM CST Monday / 9:00 PM ET Sunday, Secretary Yellen will meet with former Vice Premier Liu He. This meeting is closed press.

At 11:00 AM CST Monday / 11:00 PM ET Sunday, Secretary Yellen will participate in a working lunch with Governor of the People’s Bank of China Pan Gongsheng. There will be a photo spray at the beginning of this working lunch that is open to pre-credentialed media.

At 2:30 PM CST / 2:30 AM ET, Secretary Yellen will hold a press conference during which she will deliver remarks discussing her meetings and engagements in the PRC. This press conference will be open to pre-credentialed media and will be livestreamed here.
