In the morning, the President will travel to New Castle County, Delaware from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The departure from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival at Delaware Air National Guard Base, New Castle, Delaware will be covered by the supplemental pool.
Later, the President will travel to an Amtrak facility and participate in a greet with Amtrak workers. This greet will be covered by the supplemental pool.
In the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks highlighting how Bidenomics and his Investing in America agenda are fixing long-standing infrastructure needs including the largest investment in passenger rail since the creation of Amtrak. This event in New Castle County, Delaware will be open press.
Then, the President will return to the White House. The departure from Delaware Air National Guard Base, New Castle, Delaware will be covered by the supplemental pool. The arrival on the South Lawn will be open press.

The President and the First Lady will participate in the Presidential Armed Forces Full Honor Wreath-Laying Ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery. The Vice President and the Second Gentleman will attend.
The President will deliver remarks at the National Veterans Day Observance at the Memorial Amphitheater. The First Lady, the Vice President, and the Second Gentleman will attend.
The President and the First Lady will travel to Wilmington, Delaware.
