The President will deliver remarks at a political event in the Philadelphia area. The First Lady will attend. 

The President and the First Lady will depart the Philadelphia area, Pennsylvania and return to Wilmington, Delaware.

Thursday –  Secretary Yellen has no public engagements.

STATE DEPT

Thursday –  Secretary Blinken will visit Turkey Saturday, according to officials in that country. Meanwhile, he has nothing on his pubic schedule. Axios reports he’s to be planning to revisit Israel, Jordan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.. Press briefings, when held on weekdays, occur around 1:15p ET livestreamed at state.gov.
