DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE 
FOR THURSDAY, JANUARY 5, 2023 

In the morning, the President will receive the President’s Daily Brief. This meeting will be closed press.

Later, the President will deliver remarks on border security and enforcement. The Vice President will attend. These remarks in the Roosevelt Room will be covered by the in-house pool.
 
In the afternoon, the President will hold a Cabinet meeting. The Vice President will attend. This meeting in the Cabinet Room will have an in-house pool spray at the top.

Thursday – Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen will attend a Cabinet Meeting with the President. The meeting will have an in-house pool spray at the top..
