Yellen will testify before the House Financial Services Committee where she will discuss the Council’s work to identify risks to the financial stability of the United States, promote market discipline and respond to emerging risks to the stability of the United States’ financial system. STATE EPARTMENT In person press briefings, when held, are schedule for around 2p ET on weekdays USTR On Thursday, May 12, Ambassador Katherine Tai will meet with Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh. This meeting is closed press. At 12:30 PM, Ambassador Tai will lead a meeting of the President’s Advisory Commission on Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders (PACAANHPI).
