In the morning, the President will deliver remarks on how Bipartisan Infrastructure Law investments are helping to improve public transit, create jobs and opportunity, and reduce pollution and traffic in Los Angeles and across the country. These remarks at LA Metro, D Line (Purple) Extension Transit Project – Section 3 will be open press.
 
In the evening, the President will participate in a reception for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. This reception will be covered by the restricted out-of-town pool and the out-of-town pool will accompany.

US TREASURY

Thursday – Secretary Janet L. Yellen will continue representing the United States at the fall meeting of the IMF-World Bank. At 7:30 AM, Secretary Yellen will participate in a breakfast with G20 finance ministers hosted by Finance Minister of India Nirmala Sitharaman. The breakfast is closed press. 
Later, Secretary Yellen will participate in the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting. The meeting is closed press.
At 2:30 PM, Secretary Yellen will hold a bilateral meeting with the European Commission Executive Vice-President responsible for an Economy that Works for People, also in charge of Trade Valdis Dombrovskis and European Commissioner for Economy Paolo Gentiloni at the IMF. The meeting will have a press spray with remarks at the top for pre-registered media.
At 4:30 PM, Secretary Yellen will participate in the International Monetary and Financial Committee (IMFC) Restricted Early Warning Exercise. The meeting is closed press.
