In the afternoon, the President will participate in a campaign reception. This reception in Phoenix, Arizona will be covered by the restricted out-of-town pool and the out-of-town pool will accompany.
After, the President will return to the White House from Phoenix, Arizona. The departure from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Phoenix, Arizona will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival at and departure from Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival on the South Lawn will be open press.
