White House and Other Schedules for Tuesday, April 25

WASHINGTON (MaceNews) – The following are Tuesday’s schedules for the White House, Treasury, USTR, the State Department and Capitol Hill as well as U.S. economic data and Federal Reserve events:

DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE 
FOR TUESDAY, APRIL 25, 2023 

In the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks at the North America’s Building Trades Unions Legislative Conference to discuss how his investing in America agenda is bringing manufacturing back, rebuilding the middle class, and creating good-paying union jobs. The departure from the South Grounds and arrival to the Washington Hilton will be covered by the in-town travel pool. The remarks will be open press.

After, the President will return to the White House. The departure from the Washington Hilton and arrival to the South Grounds will be covered by the in-town travel pool.

Later, the President will receive the President’s Daily Brief. This meeting in the Oval Office will be closed press.

In the evening, the President and the First Lady will participate in a visit with President Yoon Suk Yeol of the Republic of Korea and Mrs. Kim Keon Hee, First Lady of the Republic of Korea, to the Korean War Memorial. The departure from the South Grounds and arrival to the Korean War Memorial will be covered by the in-town travel pool. This event will be covered by the in-town travel pool.

After, the President and the First Lady will return to the White House. The departure from the Korean War Memorial and arrival to the South Grounds will be covered by the in-town travel pool.

The President and the First Lady will host President Yoon and Mrs. Kim of the Republic of Korea for a State Visit to the United States. The visit will underscore the ironclad Alliance between the United States and the Republic of Korea, one that has grown far beyond the Korean Peninsula, and is now a force for good in the Indo-Pacific and around the world. The leaders will discuss a shared vision of a strong and deeply integrated U.S.-ROK Alliance that maintains peace, stability, and prosperity in the Indo-Pacific and beyond.

The President, the First Lady, the Vice President, and the Second Gentleman will greet President Yoon and Mrs. Kim of the Republic of Korea for the Official Arrival Ceremony on the South Lawn.  

The President will hold a bilateral meeting with President Yoon of the Republic of Korea.

The President will host a joint press conference with President Yoon of the Republic of Korea in the Rose Garden.

The President and the First Lady will greet President Yoon and Mrs. Kim of the Republic of Korea at the North Portico on arrival for the State Dinner.

The President and the First Lady will participate in a photo opportunity with President Yoon and Mrs. Kim of the Republic of Korea at the Grand Staircase on the occasion of the State Dinner.

The President and the First Lady will host President Yoon and Mrs. Kim of the Republic of Korea for a State Dinner in the East Room. The Vice President and the Second Gentleman will attend.

Friday, April 28, 2023
 
The President will present the Commander-in-Chief’s trophy to the Air Force Falcons during a ceremony at the White House.

Saturday, April 29, 2023
 
The President, the First Lady, the Vice President, and the Second Gentleman will attend the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner at the Washington Hilton in Washington, DC. The President will also deliver remarks.
