Later, the President will deliver remarks on the care economy. These remarks at Union Station will be covered by the in-town travel pool.
 
In the evening, the President and the First Lady will welcome Prime Minister Kishida Fumio and Mrs. Kishida Yuko of Japan to the White House. This arrival on the South Portico will be covered by the in-town pool.

The President and the First Lady will participate in a photo opportunity with Prime Minister Kishida Fumio and Mrs. Kishida Yuko of Japan on the occasion of the State Dinner.

The President and the First Lady will host Prime Minister Kishida and Mrs. Kishida Yuko of Japan for a State Dinner. The Vice President and the Second Gentleman will attend.

  TREASURY DEPT –

Tuesday  – Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen will continue travel in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) for bilateral meetings and other engagements. Secretary Yellen’s visit to China will build on the intensive diplomacy she has engaged in to responsibly manage the bilateral economic relationship and advance American interests.

At 9:00 AM CST Saturday / 9:00 PM ET Friday, Secretary Yellen will visit the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, China, to meet with Embassy staff. This event is closed press.

At 11:00 AM CST Saturday / 11:00 PM ET Friday, Secretary Yellen will depart Beijing for Washington, D.C.

Tuesday – 10:00 a.m. Secretary Blinken meets with UK Foreign Secretary David Cameron at the Department of State.
