In the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks at an event on lowering health care costs. The Vice President will participate. This event in the East Room will be open to pre-credentialed media and pooled for TV.
Later, the President will host President Rodrigo Chaves Robles of Costa Rica for a bilateral meeting. This bilateral meeting in the Oval Office will have an in-house pool spray at the top.
