Tuesday – At 9:15 AM BRT / 7:15 AM EST, Secretary Yellen will hold a press conference at the Sala São Paulo to highlight her key priorities for the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors meetings. This event will be open press and will be livestreamed here.
At 11:00 AM BRT / 9:00 AM EST, Secretary Yellen will join Minister for the Environment and Climate Change, Marina Silva, of Brazil for an event hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce for Brazil. Secretary Yellen and Minister Silva will deliver opening remarks and then participate in a conversation with business leaders on a range of issues that impact the U.S.-Brazil relationship, from economics to climate change.
