In the afternoon, the President will travel to Virginia Beach, Virginia. The departure from the South Lawn will be open press. The departure from Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival at Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia will be open press.

Later, the President will discuss his plan to protect Americans’ access to affordable health care, and he will highlight how Congressional Republicans would raise health care costs – including for seniors – and cause millions of people to lose their coverage.
