After, the President will travel to Bay City, Michigan. The departure from the North Grounds and from Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival to MBS International Airport, Freeland, Michigan will be open press.
In the afternoon, the President will tour the SK Siltron CSS facility, Bay City, Michigan. This tour will be covered by the out-of-town pool.
After, the President will discuss how his economic plan is leading to a manufacturing boom, growing the economy, and creating good-paying jobs in Michigan and across the country. This event at the SK Siltron CSS facility, Bay City, Michigan will be open press.
In the evening, the President will return to the White House. The departure from MBS International Airport, Freeland, Michigan will be open press. The arrival at Joint Base Andrews and to the North Grounds will be covered by the out-of-town pool.

The first in-person Tribal Nations Summit of the Biden-Harris Administration will allow federal officials and Tribal leaders to meaningfully engage about ways to invest in and strengthen Native communities today and for generations to come.
The First Family and the Second Family will attend the National Christmas Tree Lighting on the Ellipse. The President and the Secretary of the Interior will deliver remarks.

The President, the First Lady, the Vice President, and the Second Gentleman will greet President Emmanuel Macron and Mrs. Brigitte Macron of France for the Official Arrival Ceremony.
