After, the President will depart the White House en route to Wayne County, Michigan. The departure from the South Lawn will be open press. The arrival at and departure from Joint Base Andrews will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival at and departure from Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, Romulus, Michigan will be open press.
Then, the President will join the picket line and stand in solidarity with the men and women of UAW as they fight for a fair share of the value they helped create. This event in Wayne County, Michigan will be covered by the out-of-town pool.
In the afternoon, the President will depart Wayne County, Michigan en route to the San Francisco Bay Area, California. The departure from Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, Romulus, Michigan will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival at and departure from Moffett Federal Airfield, Mountain View, California will be open press.
