The President will deliver remarks and sign into law S. 3373, the Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promises to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act of 2022. This bill will expand access to VA health care and benefits for toxic exposed veterans and their survivors, improve care and increase research related to toxic exposures, and provide VA with important resources to serve veterans, their families, caregivers and survivors. The Secretary of the Interior, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Secretary of Transportation, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and the Secretary of Homeland Security will attend. This event in the East Room will be open to pre-credentialed media and pooled for TV. In the afternoon, the President and the First Lady will travel to Charleston, South Carolina. USTR Wednesday – At 10:00 AM PT/1:00 PM ET, Ambassador Katherine Tai will speak at the 2022 United Steelworkers Constitutional Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada.
