In the morning, the President will receive the President’s Daily Brief. This meeting will be closed press.
In the afternoon, the President will host the U.S.-Africa Leaders’ Summit. This Summit will underscore the value the United States places on our collaboration with Africa on the most pressing global challenges and opportunities, as well as on the Biden-Harris Administration’s commitment to revitalizing global partnerships and alliances.
After, the President will deliver remarks at the U.S.-Africa Business Forum. These remarks at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington, DC will be covered by the in-town travel pool.
Later, the President will host a small group multilateral meeting with leaders. This multilateral meeting in the Cabinet Room will be closed press.
In the evening, the President and the First Lady will host the U.S.-Africa Leaders’ Summit dinner. The Vice President and the Second Gentleman will attend. This event in the East Room will have an in-house pool spray at the top.
