The President and the First Lady will participate in a greet with Her Excellency The Right Honorable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada, and His Excellency Whit Fraser.

The President will participate in a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada.
The President will address the Canadian Parliament. The First Lady will attend.
The President and the First Lady will travel from Ottawa, Canada to Wilmington, Delaware where they will remain for the weekend.

Wednesday – At 2:30 PM, Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen will testify before the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Financial Services and General Government in a hearing entitled The Review of the FY 2024 Budget for the Department of the Treasury. She will discuss President Biden’s plan to invest in America, lower costs and cut taxes for working families, protect and strengthen Medicare and Social Security, and reduce the deficit.
